Cold Brew Soda

Ingredients:

• 50ml or 1 part Type A cold brew concentrate
• 50ml to 75ml soda water or sparkling water
• ice

Procedure:

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour in 1 part cold brew.
3. Top with sparkling or soda water - we like 1 part to 1.5 parts for our mix!
4. Gently stir or swirl - so you can keep more of the bubbles.
