Our newest single-origin selection, which we are now serving as our Shared Space house espresso, is our first natural-processed Arabica from Panama. With familiar notes of dark chocolate and sweet brown sugar, these beans are slightly different from their washed-processed counterpart grown in the same region, as they have a berry-like and light floral flavor. These beans are roasted medium-dark, which we enjoy both with and without milk!

Freshly roasted coffee's flavors will evolve over time. For our roasts, we find that our beans taste best when you brew them between 1 week to 6 weeks after the roasting date indicated on the bag.
