Collage Making with Ab Hong

Give yourself a break from the daily grind by exploring a new creative outlet. Enjoy a morning of coffee, collage and connections on July 6th. Connect with different people, tap into your inner artist, and transform everyday materials into unique, personalized artwork. This beginner-friendly workshop is designed for non-creatives with no prior artistic experience. This workshop will be guided by Ab Hong, a collage artist with over 8 years of experience. Learn the basic techniques and materials you can use. By the end of the workshop, you will be equipped with the skills and confidence to keep creating more collage works.

About Your Instructor:

Ab Hong discovered her love for collage way back in 2016. Originally starting with hand-cut collages, her style has evolved into exploring digital and animated collage. Her expertise lies in using seemingly unrelated images and elements to create artworks that encapsulate human emotions and experiences, mainly love, grief, sadness and hope. Her works have been exhibited at local and international galleries. She has since organized workshops both public and private to share her growing love of collage to more people.
