Cold Brew Soda
Ingredients:
- 50ml or 1 part Type A cold brew concentrate
- 50ml to 75ml soda water or sparkling water
- ice
Procedure:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in 1 part cold brew.
- Top with sparkling or soda water - we like 1 part to 1.5 parts for our mix!
- Gently stir or swirl - so you can keep more of the bubbles.
