Cold Brew Sangria
Ingredients:
- 30ml Type A cold brew concentrate
- 90ml fruit infusion (homemade with oranges, lemons, apples)
- 10ml coco sugar syrup
- ice
Procedure:
- Make your homemade fruit infusion at least 1 day in advance. Evenly slice fruit into chunks and immerse them in cold water. We like to use apples, oranges, and lemons. Let this steep in the chiller overnight.
- Once your fruit infusion is ready, you can start building your drink in a glass with ice.
- Start with 1 part Type A cold brew.
- Add 2 parts of the fruit infusion.
- Add coco sugar syrup to your preferred sweetness level and stir well.
- Top with chunks of fruit from your infusion.
