Community Associate / FOH (part-time)

What You'll Do

You are shaping the experience of the space and bringing our brand to life in real time. 

You will:

• Welcome guests like they’ve been here before (even if it’s their first time)
• Help people figure out what to order, especially when they don’t know what they want yet
• Work behind the counter as the cashier making sure you don’t just get the orders right but their names right - like if it’s spelled Carl or Karl
• Or be assigned to rove and move naturally between conversations, service, and support. Wherever the room needs you
• Notice things before they become problems (a table that needs clearing, a guest who looks unsure, a line that needs direction)
• Create small, memorable moments that people will talk about after they leave
• Work closely with the bar team to keep the space flowing smoothly, especially during busy hours
• Speak knowledgeably and authentically about what makes our products and our space special

What We're Looking For

Someone who:

• Genuinely likes people and is comfortable engaging strangers with healthy curiosity
• Can read a room and adjust their energy accordingly
• Doesn’t mind doing whatever needs to be done for the vibe - whether that’s clearing tables, guiding guests, or jumping into a conversation
• Stays calm and thoughtful even when things get busy
• Lives nearby and knows the neighborhood (Kapitolyo / Mandaluyong area preferred)
• Able to come in on weekends
